4. User Content
Some of our applications may allow you to create, upload, or store content. You retain ownership of any content you create. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
5. Medical Disclaimer
Important: Our applications, including SpeakClearly, are designed to supplement, not replace, professional medical care. Our apps are not medical devices and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

6. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of our applications may require a subscription or one-time purchase. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
- Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy
7. Third-Party Services
Our applications may integrate with third-party services (such as Apple Music for LinerNotes). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Standing Duck Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
